Lemovals is run by Leigh Dacosta Greaves — born and still based in Crosby. No office, no call centre, no layers of admin between you and the man with the van.
Leigh started out doing removals the old-fashioned way: mates' houses, neighbours' flats, friend-of-a-friend jobs. Word got round. A few years in, Lemovals was a proper business — serving the L22, L23, and L30 streets first, then across the wider Merseyside area.
The reason people recommend Leigh isn't that he's the cheapest or the biggest. It's that he turns up when he says he will, quotes a fair price and sticks to it, and takes care of your stuff like it's his own. Simple as that.
A Luton-bodied van with a tail-lift for the bulk of jobs. A smaller SWB van for tight-access streets and single-item work. Moving blankets, straps, trolleys, sack barrows, piano dollies, the lot. Not rented-for-the-day kit — proper gear that does the job properly.
Crosby, L23 — right in the middle of the patch. Five minutes down to Waterloo, ten up to Formby, twenty to Ainsdale. If you're on the coast between Waterloo and Southport, we're never far.
