One of Liverpool's most sought-after postcodes — big Victorian semis, riverside streets, and Sefton Park on the doorstep. Leigh covers L17 and brings the respect these properties deserve.
L17 runs along the Aigburth Road corridor from the Sefton Park edge down to the Mersey at Grassendale and Cressington. The housing stock is largely late-Victorian and Edwardian — substantial semis and some impressive detacheds, many with original features, high ceilings, and the sort of wide staircases that look generous until you're turning a corner sofa on the first-floor landing. Leigh knows how to manage those.
The riverside streets at Grassendale and Cressington Parks are Conservation Area properties — character, history, and occasionally tricky parking. Moves here take time to do properly, and that's fine with Leigh.
