Maghull is a straight run from Crosby — up the A5147 and you're there. Leigh covers L31 regularly and knows the estate roads well.
L31 is classic north Merseyside semi-detached territory — long avenues of 1960s and 1970s brick semis with driveways, garages, and reasonably wide estate roads. The station quarter around Maghull railway station has a mix of post-war terraces and some older Victorian stock closer to the town centre. Melling and the Lydiate fringes add rural outliers into the mix.
It's good-value family housing and there's a lot of it — which means Lemovals picks up plenty of work here when families upsize or downsize across the postcode. Properties are typically well-maintained with proper hallways and staircases, which makes the job straightforward.
